The Maximum Reports Team has over 30 years experience in the employment screening industry and has an impeccable reputation for producing a Quality Work Product, delivering Superior Customer Service and Fast, Responsive Reporting.

 

The Maximum Reports corporate philosophy is to develop and enhance long term relationships by continually improving our systems capabilities to meet the specific needs of each client.

Sandra Howacum Haft
President

Sandra Howacum Haft is President of Maximum Reports, Inc. She was elected to this position in spring 2008. Her responsibilities include the overall operation of the company, Director of the Employment and Tribal Package Department, part of the winning sales team, and an expert on such topics as the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mrs. Howacum Haft brings over 20 years of background screening experience to Maximum Reports, Inc. From 1989 - 1994 she served as a senior manager in the research department for Haft Reports, Inc. a leader in the background screening industry. From 1994 - 2001 she was Senior Director of the Employment Division for Androcles, Inc. a more recent leader and innovater in the criminal background screening industry. She has recently completed training and is a certified Tribal Human Resource Professional (THRP).

Prior to joining Maximum Reports, Inc. in 2005, Mrs. Howacum Haft was a certified middle school social studies teacher in Tampa, Florida from 2002 - 2005. She still fulfills her love of teaching and working with children every chance she gets here in New Mexico.

A native of Florida, Mrs. Howacum Haft received her Bachelor degree in Criminology and her Master degree in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida; she is currently working on her doctorate degree in Multicultural Teacher and Childhood Education at the University of New Mexico.

A Native American of Laguna and Cherokee descent, Mrs. Howacum Haft is delighted to have returned to the ancestral home of her matriarchal linage and she has been pleased to further her understanding and observance of her traditional spiritual teachings that she has embraced since childhood and through her work as a Cherokee medicine woman. She has greatly enjoyed working with and getting to know many new friends and colleagues from the various tribal nations in the Four Corners area and beyond.

Mrs. Howacum Haft is an active member and currently the Secretary of the Native American Human Resources Association. she has headed several Committees including the Conference Committee that organizes and hosts the annual Association human resource conference.

Mrs. Howacum Haft is an active participant in Junior Achievement, Native American Initiative here in New Mexico. She encourages all local professionals to get involved in this rewarding and indispensable program that teaches our children about free enterprise and is proven to increase the graduation rate for those students involved in the program. She truly believes in this program and is thrilled to play a small part in helping our children of today become our future business leaders of tomorrow.
